Our Basement Before and After

When we moved into our little rental in August, 2012, we had a lot more downsizing to do. Since then, I have managed to part with more of my treasures. There are still some that I can hardly believe I gave up. We now have no cool lounge chairs because our space simply wouldn't allow it.
Here are the before shots shortly after moving in.

Here we are today in this same little basement. A lot of the pieces I have either sold or given to my lucky children.

It's still not where I would consider it finished. It is a lot better you have to admit. The thing is, we just bought our own piece of Toronto, so now we'll be packing it all up and starting all over again. We can hardly wait!
